The kitchen has been updated and is fully equipped with granite counter tops and dark wood cabinets and is supplied with the necessary items you need for cooking (pots/pans, dishes, utensils) and a 12-cup standard coffee maker and has a Keurig.

This condo sleeps 5 guests with 1 king in the master bedroom that is equipped with a 50” Smart TV for your entertainment. The master bedroom also has a ceiling fan. The master bathroom has a jetted bathtub and grab bars for extra assistance.

The guest bedroom is furnished with 1 queen and 1 twin and has a ceiling fan to help cool you down after a day in the sun. The guest bathroom has a walk-in shower and grab bars for assistance as well.

The living room is well-appointed with a 42'' Smart TV with a sound bar for your entertainment and has a queen-size sleeper sofa.

The lanai is enclosed and you can walk right out to the cool, powdery sand and watch the sun set in the evenings or watch it right from your lanai.

There is a full-size washer and dryer in the laundry room area. There is an assigned parking spot located by the front of the building.

This condo has tile throughout and tile in the bedrooms as well.

We offer free Internet access, beach access, tennis courts, state-of-art fitness center, saunas, access to two heated swimming pools and ice machines in both clubhouses for your enjoyment. There is also a fishing pier located on the bayside of our property. No pets are permitted on the property.
